Booking Terms & House Guidelines

Welcome to Gränna Glamping. We are truly looking forward to welcoming you to a calm and beautiful stay close to nature. By completing your booking, you agree to the terms below. They are here not to restrict, but to protect the peaceful atmosphere and ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.

  1. Your Stay

Your booking includes private use of your glamping tent and access to our shared kitchen, outdoor areas
and shower/toilet facilities.
Gränna Glamping is created as a place for stillness, reconnection and nature immersion. In the rare case
that a guest seriously disturbs others or does not respect the atmosphere, we reserve the right to ask them
to leave without refund.

  1. Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email after booking.
Please review your details carefully and contact us within 7 days if anything needs correction (and no later
than 24 hours before arrival).

  1. Gift Cards
    1. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
    2. Validity is stated at purchase
    3. A gift card does not guarantee availability on specific dates
    4. All stays are subject to availability
  2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be sent by email to welcome@grannaglamping.com (please include your booking number).
Free cancellation up to 4 days before arrival
50% refund for cancellations less than 4 days before arrival
No refund within 24 hours of arrival
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method.

  1. Changes & Rebooking
    1. Date changes are possible up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability
    2. Changes in number of guests must be approved in writing
  2. Responsibility & Care

Your stay is enjoyed at your own responsibility. We cannot be held liable for lost or forgotten belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to tents, furnishings or shared areas. We kindly ask you to treat the forest and facilities with care — as you would your own.

  1. Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with GDPR.
