Gränna Glamping – A Luxurious Nature Escape

Welcome to Gränna Glamping. We are delighted to host you and look forward to creating a calm, beautiful and memorable stay close to nature.

By completing a booking with us, you agree to the terms below. They are designed to ensure comfort, safety and a peaceful experience for all our guests.

1. About Your Stay

Your booking includes the exclusive use of your glamping tent and access to shared facilities such as kitchen, outdoor areas and bathroom/shower facilities.

Our glamping is a place for relaxation and nature immersion. Guests who seriously disturb others or do not respect these guidelines may be asked to leave the area without refund.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are made online via Gränna Glamping
  • The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old
  • Full payment is made at the time of booking
  • We accept card payment, Swish and Klarna

3. Booking Confirmation

A confirmation will be sent by email.

Please review your details carefully and contact us within 7 days if anything needs adjustment (and no later than 24 hours before arrival).

4. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Validity is stated at purchase
  • A gift card does not guarantee availability on a specific date
  • All bookings are subject to availability

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are made by email to welcome@grannaglamping.com (please include your booking number).

  • Free cancellation up to 4 days before arrival
  • 50% refund for cancellations less than 4 days before arrival
  • No refund within 24 hours of arrival

Refunds are always made to the original payment method.

6. Changes & Rebooking

  • Date changes are possible up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability
  • Changes in number of guests (Höjden & Bäcken) must be approved by us in writing

7. Food & Experiences

  • Taste of Småland must be pre-ordered
  • Breakfast can be ordered on site

Food orders:

  • Taste of Småland is non-refundable if cancelled later than 2 days before arrival
  • Earlier cancellations are fully refunded

8. Responsibility & Care

Your stay is at your own responsibility.

We are not liable for lost or forgotten belongings.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to tents, buildings, furnishings or shared areas.

9. Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with GDPR.

By booking with us, you accept our privacy policy.

House Guidelines – For a Peaceful Glamping Experience

Our house rules exist to protect the calm, nature-based atmosphere we cherish at Gränna Glamping.

  • Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00
  • Please keep music and sound inside your tent
  • Respect nature, wildlife and fellow guests
  • Age limit: 18+ (families are welcome when staying together)
  • Dogs and pets are not allowed
  • Smoking is not permitted in or near tents or in the forest (smoking is only allowed in the parking area)
  • Recycling is part of our sustainability commitment – please sort waste in the kitchen
  • Check-in from 16:00 | Check-out by 11:00
  • Please leave shared spaces as you would wish to find them

Failure to respect smoking or pet policies may result in a cleaning fee from 5,000 SEK.
